The claim in this article that Foreign intel operation within the government escaped detection for nearly a decade, is rubbish. I emigrated to New Zealand nearly 30 years ago and lived near the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) in Waihopi. Within weeks I heard from the locals that it was a SPY BASE and on a number of occasions there had been unsuccessful attempts by locals to Sabotage the spy dish equipment.
