just a coinky-dink that Wal-Mart was all card only today and the 'reason' was bc the cash part of the registers was 'broken'?
I left and went to the higher-priced store to purchase what I needed so that I could pay in cash.
These ppl think we're stupid.

Ours has it where everyone must use either self-register, or a register with a clerk. The self-registers would only take cash on some of them, but the clerk ones would take both.
Today they tried to tell ppl the cash taking portion of any of the registers was broken. lol
I begrudgingly went to Walmart to get some Aleve for my husband and I get such an awful vibe when I go in there. It feels evil to the core. I used cash to piss them off. What I did notice was how empty the store was. Zero displays along the front end. I pray they won’t be around much longer.
