This is interesting! I always thought it WAS illegal and it is just that the Dems and some RINOS were getting away with it, just like all their other crimes.
PS Off topic- I was thinking about Prez Trump's Stormy-hush-money-trial - versus the fact that Congress used to have a special fund, possibly 17 million, set aside for congress members to pay off their sexually molested staff to keep them silenced, or hushed, that is.
