There's a lot of good reasons to go vegan. Our meat and dairy supply is tainted with hormones, antibiotics, and vaccines. A recent study reportedly found avian contraceptives in fast food chicken sandwiches. We stopped dining out years ago and eat very well on a diet of all organic fruits, veggies, grains, nuts, pasta, and pasture raised eggs. Our family is very healthy with no weight or medical issues and no prescription drugs.

Vegan hell no ! Raise your own cattle pigs and chickens along with your garden for a complete healthy diet if you can’t raise your own support your local farm and ranchers.
