We here in Virginia, my area, have had plenty of rain, yet, we have fire warnings. I've never seen this when it's been as wet as it has. Just when it's dry. I hope we aren't being warned!

To be honest this may very well be fire fighters creating a fire line to stop the fire. If you see right at the very end a much larger fire in the back ground. Sometimes firefighters will set fire in direct line with where a forest fire is headed in an attempt to remove the fuel which then puts out the fire.
