at the Church of St. Mary Magdalene in Norfolk.

It was reported she scheduled abdominal surgery in January 2024
& would not assume her royal duties until Easter.

SHE HAS NOT BEEN SEEN SINCE CHRISTMAS DAY 2023.

Suddenly press are told to clear the area
& NOW Obama is at Downing Street on a surprise visit?

Pics surround the middle pic are all Kate; however, if you look carefully, the middle pic doesn't look like Kate, not the hair part, and not the face. IMHO
