It could also have plastics in it from the chem trails
Snow is very, very absorbent and is holding onto the melt water. The black is soot from the propane combustion.
We are definitely being sprayed with chemicals and the snow may have some in it but anyone trying this with 'normal' snow would see a similar reaction.
