I'm not personally worried about BLACKOUTS.
We have heard from Q, Elon Musk & Q The Storm Rider
"Don't worry about it."
At this point, given the Fog Of War,
we don't know which team is blacking out but I'm assuming
it's the White Hats.
I always keep in mind that MILITARY TECH is DECADES+ AHEAD
of where We The People are.
That said, it's also been suggested for YEARS from ALL Patriots,
to have a little extra on hand for 10 days → 2 weeks
so I always keep a little more on hand in case.
My list is probably spartan compared to most but basics:
Food [dried fruits, nuts, eggs, tea] pet food, Meds, cash/small bills & coins, paper products, batteries, water, keep car filled with gas, etc.

I agree with you. I now think all White Hat actions are operating under covers publicly pinned on [their] narrative or original playbook. And probably way bigger FF were [their] goal, but were intercepted and we were protected… but allowed to play out to a degree that serves our clean up operations….
The worse things look, the more comfy I get tbh
