I don't know, it doesn't seem right to punish all the professionals who administered a VOLUNTARY vaccine.
In most cases, they had the same info as everyone else.
Some people may have been put in hard situations, but no one was held at gunpoint. They got the shots for the same reason as the folks who were administrating them...to keep their jobs, or some other social pressure.
Like most things in life, the consequences are the result of voluntary choices. IMO.
To me, It would be like suing McDonald's because they spilled hot coffee on themselves. They knew it was HOT and did not take proper care. Except in this case, they paid someone to throw the coffee, while agreeing its OK to experiment with coffee hotter than anyone has ever heard of before.
Cigarettes, soda, Roundup....all these things kill people. But they are still for sale, and people CHOOSE to buy them.

Exactly Kat! I have a niece who was in nursing school in NJ at the time. She was promoting the shot on FB at the time by showing graphs on how it worked & how good it was & was helping give shots with other students at community centers! Whoa!
So young, vulnerable & easily manipulated. My brother's daughter & the whole family went right along with this & they all got the shots. They were posting FB pics of standing outside her grandmother's house for her b-day wishing her a happy b-day as she was 'confined' & told to stay indoors! UNREAL!!!!!!
Not sure if they will go after the students but she is a full fledged RN now in the hospital there on a surgical floor. "Still following orders."
