When people wake up to the fact that all their government does is lie, cheat, steal and kill and government becomes more of a hindrance to the life and liberty they take an oath to protect, People become agitated and disillusioned and rightly so. There comes a point when said government can no longer control the governed, including those who work for the government and things become necessary because lines have been crossed, lots of lines, some broad, some very fine, families get torn apart, userpations become far to obvious and frequent... and for what? It's a vicious cycle. Certain trees MUST be refreshed from time to time or they die.
