Has anyone developed tinnitus over the last 4 years? I've always had a 'noisy' head, but it literally rings now. Like a static high pitch tone... 🤔

For 13 or 14 years now, most of the time I don't notice it at all unless I think about it, or someone mentions it. About the same time I really started waking up to what was going on in my world. Prayed for the truth, thinking personal but answers were global!
The last week or so it's been getting louder at times. Both ears different tones, at times 2 or 3 different tones in the same ear.
4 years exactly…and going strong
I've had it for 13 years.
It started when I was pregnant with my youngest. He turned 13 two weeks ago. I have it right now. This time predominantly in my left ear. If I'm on AU, there's an 85% chance an ear or two is ringing while I'm writing. Louder sometimes more than others.
