That was meant for slaves and slaves alone. Not every foreigner or illegal who has a baby on American soil. They were not American citizens at the time of her birth therefore nor is she. No she is not. Not under the original 1789 constitution. That is under the Fraudulent Corporate Constitution. The one we are fighting against. The one that created the FED, FBI and CIA. That would make any baby born to the millions of illegals that crossed the past 3 years eligible. It does not. Not as the founders saw it.

You are right UM EK17, the original Constitution stated "a person born in the United States, goes with the jurisdiction thereof" which meant the parent. It has been misconstrued by lawyers and others for years. Originally it was meant for the slaves back in the late 1700's.
