“CYBER SECURITY represents a whole lot of challenges..
When I look out at the future, 3 things concern me:

1. It is only a matter of WHEN not IF
you are going to see a Nation State group or actor
engage in destructive behavior
against critical infrastructure in the United States..
On the 23rd of December 7-weeks ago [2015]
an actor penetrated the Ukrainian power grid
& brought large segments of it off-line..

2. Data-theft, theft of Intellectual property, the removal of data..
What happens when that same activity is used to
manipulate data & suddenly
WE CAN NO LONGER TRUST THE DATA WE'RE SEEING?..

3. Most non-state actors have used Cyber as a tool
to recruit, spread ideology, generate revenue
to coordinate widely dispersed individuals.
What happens when some of those same actors
use Cyber as a tool for Destruction?
