It makes sense that cabal would start with HI for many of the same reasons they fired Lahiena. Its isolated, small, perceived as liberal, and with a captured gov and press. In any state in CONUS, if police started mass confiscations pickup trucks from dozens of other states would start arriving enmass.
HI will be on her own if the police start to betray their oaths. Thankfully, there should still be a federal appeal process before LE action.
