What do you want to talk about? the 10+ year severe drought that they have had? The El Nino conditions that added to the problem? The fact that even the rainforest country of Columbia had severe wildfires when it didn't rain for just a few weeks? It's called weather people sorry if it's not as exciting as DEW weapons.
