Prayers please...my temp is 102.4* and head is pounding...coughing...sneezing...generally feel like caca de el gallina...as my daddy used to say. Waiting till I can take more Ibuprofin....and Maximum Strength Mucinex DM COUGH. I hate taking these things...I've avoided it as long as I could. I don't want to end up in the hospital with a high fever. I had 107* once when I was 5 years old....and that was hella no fun! Parents stuck me in a tub of ICE! I can still remember it. Thanks for your prayers!

Thank you....still coughing...but the wheezing this morning isn't as bad. TMI...but the mucus is still breaking up...but doesn't feel nearly as heavy in my chest as it did before....thankfully! I actually was able to sleep last night...so that alone is helpful. My daughter is practically back to normal already...thanks to God. Hubby is still coughing and wheezing...but he has asthma challenges that will take him longer to completely kick it. He has felt he could go back to work...but is taking it easy and paying attention to his energy and how he's feeling. Thank you so much for checking on me!

oh my, it got the whole bunch of you. Sorry to hear that. Glad you are all moving in the right direction tho. I know you did not ask for my advice (i'm a naturopath) but I will just leave this info on a natural medicine I have found helpful:
-Boiron Chestal Pellets for Cough and Mucus Relief,
also: Drinking ginger tea can help in eliminating excess mucus.

I appreciate your input. I go strictly to a naturopath locally but funds have not been such to go lately. She no longer bills insurance and we have to pay out of pocket. (I understand her reasons...insurance stinks for naturopath reimbursements) I was looking at that particular Boiron actually. I'm going to order some. Thank you for confirming that! I've been doing all the anti-virals...but thinking I better add in some oregano oil as mentioned by others.
