It is an interesting structure of a real property home loan....I can not get a copy of the doc....I would like to read it...but ti appears the interest paid is treated like an investment and if u pay off the loan I think u make money...looks hancky to me.....Quicken Loan offers this also...it is not ok for Jewish religion to charge interest but they charge the hell out of us....I need to see the doc
I never knew their religion prohibited usury. Thought that was their raison d'etre, hence why they have been kicked out of practically every country during the last 1000 years or so....
