I have said this for 20+ years. It’s one reason work at home is valuable to me. Save commute time, getting ready time, etc. I can get out of bed and start working. Take a break and throw in a load of laundry. Another break in the dryer. Let my dog out all day. Pet her while I work. Clean kitchen during lunch. At the end of the workday I have more time because I got household chores done during the day. Get up from working and go outside and relax or garden, do yard work, jump in the pool. Heck, I can work on the covered patio. I love it.
