Praying for a miracle today frens.
Had my beautiful girl Rachel at Blue Pearl for about 6 hours yesterday evening. Counting the drive we were over 9.5 hour scenario. They wanted to keep her over night but didn’t have the room so I brought her home. Serious digest issues & if my guess proves out pancreatitis. Hasn’t eaten in days. Will drink water but just cries when you put food in front of her. Praying she can hold on & there is healing for animals coming soon as well as for humans. But I am going to try to get her regular vet to see her today & take his counsel. If he believes she has gone to far I will have her put down to spare her the slow starving to death.

If doggies touch your heart, say a prayer for Rachel please.
🐕❤️🙏

Do you have any Ivermectin on hand?

She is one of the breeds that don’t handle it well. I found out the hard way.

Have you tried panacur? Panacur = fenbendazole... works as well or even better than ivermectin. We normally do a dose a day for 3 days, wait 10 days and redo the 3 days of doses.

My vet gave her a 3 day script of that today.

Poor girl 🥺
Food grade diatomaceous earth is another possibility. Farmers give it to their animals to kill parasites. it's very good at absorbing & expelling toxins. anytime I eat something that makes me feel not too good afterwards, I take a tablespoon of DE in some liquid then chase it with water. Works every time.
