It's not photoshopped. I was curious so I just took this screen shot from google maps (street view). No DC, just Washington.
Prior to Biden's "Inauguration" I remember the US Military had taken control of the US Govt. (continuity of government) ie. fencing and concertina wire of the old DC. which was given a new name. Washington Regional ...can't remember the name.
I don't believe it is called Washington, District of Columbia anymore.
