I do not know for sure.... but bare with me as I explain this.... I believe large public figures like PUTIN have been replaced - replaced with Archangels... I have been watching him for awhile and these Pigeon birds who seem to react to people from higher realms... I have seen this with others who seem to be able to communicate with the Pigeons.
In the past Pigeons have been known to be carriers /messengers - so I find it interesting. I watched a documentary/tv show? on Mike Tyson who trains these Pigeons and also have been in the prev. home in NJ of Tyson and he had the Pigeon training equipment there as well.
We have to know that many so called BAD GUYS are really WHITE HATS - there are more GOOD than BAD......
I know there is more to this just dont have the full picture yet.. interesting.
