Problem with this photo is, there are is no women's wrestling sport in US colleges or high schools (that I am aware of). This is most likely a photo of a woman entering a man's sport (which they allow these days). It does not make the point you are trying to convey. I do, however, agree with the premise when it comes to swimming and such.
