He was showing dead babies. We all know what's going on here, we don't need to relive that. I lost my son, I don't want to see graphic pictures of babies. You can share the story without the gore of it.
I have seen lots of documentaies and lots of this kind of pictures and it has to be exposed, but only in a way that people can decide by themselves if they want to see it.
