Right there with you, LIME. Avoiding emotional pain, even of the majority, does not take precedent over physical suffering of the innocent. The people pushing this argument probably don't have vulnerable dependents or don't fully understand their vulnerability.
Publicly arresting one of the major players with public, ugly evidence would have changed the trajectory of this battle year's ago.
WH's may have a good reason why not, and I will gratefully hear their explanation. Until that reason is given I must assume that its because they don't have enough control to make the arrest stick.
That means we are at risk of losing this conflict.
