but I live in Florida, voted twice for Desantis and did not ever believe he would run for president against Trump, and I mercilessly defended him against what I thought was a fake rumor, only to find out it was true and I was totally wrong. So Desantis lost my trust forever.
If you run against Trump, then there is no loyalty to Trump or to MAGA, as far as I am concerned (regardless of whether this is 4 or 5 D chess).
Yes, Desantis could be a triple agent, but I am tired of defending people that do not deserve it.
Vivek R says a lot of the right things, but what is he actually doing? He is doing what Desantis did, and I have already gone down that road.
