There is no legal basis for government to even exist. Nobody alive today has ever agreed to it and any argument that participation merits existence is lost as all participation is due to coercion.
I took the single statement that started this one from a much longer debate based on the provable fact of record that we are only subject to it according to our will to obey it an no more. That our very foundling articles and documents give us the irremovable right to abolish and outright erase it at will if we disagree with it. That a government is not an entity but merely an ideology, a mental concept, not tangible and therefore not even a reality. That a government and any associated judiciary is merely a creation of man and we are in no way under any supposed ruler-ship, or ridiculous notion of "authority" that its living representatives suppose they wield and that in fact they are our agents and tools, they belong to man not the other way around. The real law of earth which is only natural law and common law (man's will) does not even need a document or official to execute it through and we can walk away at will unrestricted. Governments are all fictional contracts, not reality.
