I haven’t used fluoride toothpaste in ten years I never let anyone take my temp at my pineal gland during scamdemic. I got a grounding sheet ( fitted sheet $105.00) 2 weeks ago I started using it about 10 days using it I started to get more than 5-6 hours sleep. I slept 8-9 hrs last night whoo hoo!
