Inauguration of the Bundeswehr Veterans Office👇
On January 17, 2024, the veterans office in Berlin will be inaugurated with an official ceremony.
This is the first time that a central contact point has been created that all veterans can turn to. Siemtje Möller, Parliamentary State Secretary in the Ministry of Defense, together with the Deputy Inspector General and Representative for Veterans Affairs, Lieutenant General Markus Laubenthal, will symbolically hand over the keys to the head of the Veterans Office, Lieutenant Colonel Michael Krause.
Other guests include the Armed Forces Commissioner of the German Bundestag. The office can make an important contribution to improving care for individuals, but also make the issue visible to our society.
