Your diet does not consist of just what you eat. We should also be mindful of our mental and spiritual diet too. This consists of what you consume on TV or online, the music you listen to, what you're reading, and even the people you interact with. Balancing Emotional, Spiritual and Physical health is important. Try to align yourself with people that you can learn more from, who don't tune out and turn away wisdom from others, that want more out of life, who are also stretching, searching and seeking too. 🤍
