Hi Mark, how's it going....... thanks for looking out for me.... but I'm not dead....yet anyways...=).....I'm just staying away from these sites because they are much too toxic and depressing for me to see the same old same old with the real world staying same too....and I actually feel much better off of them.....I'm throwing out the false hope as much as the fear of things....both are just as dangerous to not only health but sanity as well.....
