You are correct, that is not John Kennedy. However one can still connect this to him with the riderless horse pictured and their 1999 mission, Operation Rescue.
CORRECT, this is NOT JFK Jr. in this photo but THIS PHOTO is JFK Jr. at a Trump Rally.
Also clearly that is not a Q. It is their unit patch symbol.
