New Hampshire Becomes Second U.S. State To Ban Chemtrails

According to New Hampshire House Bill 1700 (HB1700):

This bill establishes a regulatory process to prevent the intentional release of polluting emissions, in New Hampshire's atmosphere and at ground level and provides penalties for violations. This bill requires reports of such violations to be made by state officials and members of the public to the department of environmental services air resources division of compliance and requires New Hampshire county sheriffs carry to enforce the provisions.

It makes 0 sense to me, the ones causing chem-trails don't realize their families are affected too! How stupid is that!

I'm not so sure the chemtrails aren't for our benefit somehow. Not that they started out that way, but that whitehats have taken over.

I remember a post where it stated what we see now are chem-trails, that happen to be cleaning our atmosphere, and President Trump was in that post. But trying to tell some others that, I don't think they would believe.
