Ok I'm a bit stumped. When I'm home here in MT our altitude is about 3000' & air is dry but we still have lots of moisture but it is cold about 30-40°. Cold damp air outside but no windows open in house cuz it's cold. My hips feel slightly inflamed with slight nerve pain in my right leg & big toe. I spent a week in FL without any pain or nerve pain, it was warm about 65-75° daily & slightly humid, & it felt great!. Home 1 day & this all starts up again. Is it the dry cold air? We have a humidifier attached to our furnace so we're getting humidity but maybe not enough???

We were lucky enough to spend some winters in south FL And my husband had very little pain in his joints. Can't say the same for PA

Higher altitude has less oxygen, might be affecting you. Are you near a large body of water? Water is good with neg ions.

Warm Turmeric coconut milk with honey reduces inflammation and tastes good too

Suggest the coconut milk in the can with the natural oils. Turmeric needs the oils to absorb properly :)

We used to live at 9000’ in CO & had no issues so not thinking the altitude. Huge lake 1 mile away.

I have a dickey knee, and back they react to weather pressure - is there a storm headed your way?

I use MyRadar to track storms on the way to us.
