Im so glad youre back home here 💚 I had a mini panic attack when I saw you were gone from twitter so came here right away!
Ive been grounding daily the last week, its been helping and my huskies are starting to pace with me (i walk up and down my back yard, each lap I repeat something Im grateful for).
Trying to get a hold a psych for worsening ptsd shit this time of year is like winning lotto so got to be there for myself.
