THANK YOU!
Ya know, no offense to everyone else, (i realize their angelic intentions) but everybody's just basically telling me to roll over.
Your reply gives me the "fuck THEM!" attitude I'm looking for!

Yeah thats what i mean too.
I'm not sad Christmas doesn't mean to me what it used to. What it is, is I'm distressed having to live this lie.
I'm comfortable knowing the truth and when I learn more about Jesus that makes me happy. And i ain't just sayin' that.
But its hard with the kids.
And actually, with everyone.
My best friend, (right now my only friend) just brought me a gift this morning, and I had a basket sent to her house. Ugh. I'd just rather not be obligated to engage

Well... my situation is unique because my family already got busted up when my parents both died in '08, and again 2 and 5 yrs later for my inlaws. My kids/husband unit stayed intact 🙏, but its been hard all over the place just like for other people. My husband and I had hard knocks before the plandemic so we were worn in like a pair of sneakers. lol Still doesn't make it nice.
I feel good lately because my big brother is talking to me again after he distanced himself from the whole family (i got 5 siblings + me) after our parents died. My mom had a stroke and 4 months later my father died from Alzheimers he already had.
So for me, I did see improvements.
He is a Trumper, that helps.
Everyone will get their day, just depends on individual factors
No song has to end on the same note you started it

Oh gosh, that's beautifil!
I want to share with you a little secret. I didn't overcome anything because Jesus does it for me. Life, he said, is full of trouble. You can't change that. But what you can do is change your perspective. Mind over matter. I wish so hard that I could just articulate in words how "Jesus sets you free" is not just a cute saying but a real thing. Like, once Jesus gives you understanding and you get that bird's eye view of things, it really puts your mind at ease (until that next ugly thought pops up, and then you call for his help again! lol)
In other words, while Heaven is a real place (i had an NDE, its real) you can bring that mindset down to earth if you just remember He's up there. Even I forget and slide back into old negative thinking a lot. Contentment is not a condition, it's a state of mind.
