Well, SOME of them ARE random. Remember the clock tower incident? A man suffering from shell shock aka PTSD. Of course that was when the CIA realized how they could use PTSD to CREATE, "useful idiots" to carry out their, "random shootings". Ever notice that ALL the mass shooters are hardcore LIBERALS!
