HUGE BOOMS in the MIDDLE of the Night Upstate NY! Hidden by thunder but the BIG BOOMS were NOT THUNDER!
Husband said it sounded like fake thunder!! Like underground not above, Said it was so odd, also no lightning. Definitely something.

Yup. I have heard it before from Earlville! And lots in the Adirondacks when I lived in Little Falls. Many USN sealtests in Little Falls. It's a trafficking hub! Mohawk River.
