Diabetes is glucose intolerance. Red meat has NO glucose. Therefore it logically follows that red meat doesn't cause diabetes. Humans do not need sugars, ALL plants ARE starches, some are just in higher concentrations but they are all indeed carbs.

PLANTS cause diabetes because we are NOT plant eaters!

I have been a plant only eater for years. no Diabetes. In fact, cured high cholesterol, high blood pressure and a skin disease by getting away from animal products.

PS scientifically, in real genuine peer reviewed and published data, as record of fact and fact of record, impossible to cause diabetes with meat...not speculative but provable.

I am almost 60 and don't eat plants, don't have smelly poop, and when doing so almost requires no wipes at all, only need to eat twice a day, arthritis, bad back or anything at all and have the blood-work of a man half my age. I cured all the joint troubles, tiny spare tire I had accumulated (less than 8-10 lbs extra weight over current) and all those smelly pant rot digestion issues axing plants from my diet. I also have a 31" waist, less than 9% fat index, stand 6' tall and weigh 160lbs for decades constantly staying that size and never work out.
