Canned goods are for emergencies.

Gravies are made from scratch. Soups are made from scratch. Those packages can be used for emergencies.

However... Once a body is detoxed, no longer ingests box processed products, the
body will flush itself quickly when bad processed products are ingested...
Self protective mechanism.

There ARE a few processed products I have found that aren't completely bad, except for the price...
$5-6 per item. πŸ™„

Made myself hungry...😊
It's chilly outside, maybe some comfort food...

I told Mom and she said, she had hamburger thawed out and S&S sounds great!

Military fed Dad S&S
during Korean War...
"Shit On The Shingle". 😁

Crumbled beef, milk gravy on toast was a regular.
I add onions, garlic to my crumbled beef. Then use the seasoned meat drippings with olive oil to make the gravy! πŸ€—
Best comfort food!
We grew up loving "S&S Night"!

"Hey Mom, What's For Dinner?"
"S&S!"

Our bellies were always full! πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘
