Magnesium has helped me sleep but the burning wakes me. I'm able to rest well, even if I am awakened by the pain.
I started B-12 1000mcg each day...it helps with the burning pain... I'm thinking about increasing the dose.
It seems to wear off before the day ends and the burning returns on and off, then is continuous.
Just went to see why I'm so tired today, an update...
