I haven't taken it internally...but I have the topical spray that I used daily for a couple of weeks which healed up a persistent skin issue on my face when nothing else would...like within a week vs...dealing with it for months like I had been! I just kept using it an extra week to make sure. Definitely made me a believer. No soaps or creams or treatments the doctor had me use worked. I did NOT want to use steroids. p.s. It hasn't come back!
