His name is SGT. FRANK EDWARDS.
After the initial breech that was instigated by Ray Epps after 2 men took down all the 'do not enter signs' and fencing, the crowd of fake MAGA waited around for Trump supporters to show up after Trump was finished speaking, then he fired indiscriminately into the peaceful crowd. Other cops followed suit and also fired into their own ranks to get them riled up and violent, too.

I believe Trump started his speech late and ran late to prove this. It screwed up their timeline.
