The United States Post Office operates under its original jurisdiction.
Mail sent Certified goes through the USPO.
Mail sent REGIStered goes through USPS.
This might be an explanation
Anyways all I found in my mailbox today was 2 pieces of junk mail.

It's also no coincidence that my local Wal Mart(blech) had a brief power surge that took out their self checkouts, money services, and customer service areas

TRUTH! I mailed books to my daughter in Florida before Thanksgiving and the packages “supposedly” goes out and returns for some reason. I’ve been down there twice to find my package! I’m bullshit!!
