The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation is an American company that provides commercial data, analytics, and insights for businesses.

The “government” is a corporations. Corporations can’t be governments. Corporation don’t have laws. They have by-laws. By-laws apply to employees only. Citi-zens stands for municiple employees. Do you understand?

I've been screaming about all of this for yrs now.. Not many will read or comprehend.. Corporations have codes or policy... Nothing to do with our our laws...
