Appeal Planned After New York Supreme Court Reinstates ‘Quarantine Camp’ Regulation • Children's Health Defense

An attorney representing three New York State lawmakers and Uniting NYS, a citizens’ group, said they will appeal a Nov. 17 decision that reversed a lower court’s ruling that the state’s emergency rule 2.13, which established “Isolation and Quarantine Procedures,” was unconstitutional.
