I am starting to get Cataracts and my Opthomologist told me it is because of the Sun, because I have not worn Sunglasses! So it kind of sounds like a catch 22 situation here.

I agree. I myself cant go without sunglssses. Maybe that's why as much as I'm in the sun, I'm constantly vitamin D deficient. It hard to know what to believe at this point.
