Every tax subsidized politician from the Federal level on down to local boards should have to take yearly continuing education, at their own expense, which would include mandatory hours of Ethics, U.S. and State Constitution courses.

Every single one that breaks a law and is convicted should be immediately disqualified for any further tax paid benefits, insurance, pensions, kickbacks, perks, bribes... all of it!!! Then also be sentenced to community service for the rest of their days, in or out of the clinker.
