There's NOTHING sinister here. That's the University of Texas LONGHORNS. The Texas Longhorn, came from the Spanish Conquistadores that imported this breed of cattle to Texas, is the MASCOT for the UT Longhorns. The sign they make with their hands is a symbol for the mascot for the University of Texas.#HookEmHorns
