I don't like it when people mix man made religion with something pure like yoga and meditation and breathing and stretching. Completely unnecessary. Either you trust God to protect you from demonic possession or you don't. U can't go around labeling everything as evil because ur spiritual stamina is lacking. Yoga is innocent. It's also amazing for longevity and fitness. Be strong in the lord. 💗
