02. Patent US3659785A: deals with climate modification through microencapsulated materials.
03. Patent US3769107A: Describes Artificial Climate Modification Compositions based on Lead Iodate, Aluminum, Modified Organic Components and Epoxy Resins.
04. Patent US4096005A: Describes cloud seeding chemicals, applied in artificial climate modification with an aluminum cocktail and chemical components.
05. Patent US3677840A: Describes a chemical composition for artificial climate modification based on Silver Dust, Aluminum and Fluorinated Organic Polymers.

06 Patent US3813875A: Involves NASA and consists of chemical sprays composed of free barium (Ba), barium ions (BA) and aluminum, to create ionizable clouds in the upper atmosphere. Probably these Bario clouds or Bario chemical dome were later excited or ionized by HAARP patent-type ionospheric heaters.
